Members of Staff of the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly were at the forecourt of the state house on Saturday, 13th July 2024 where the final funeral right of the late Hon. Patrick Kumor was held.

He was the former Municipal Chief Executive of the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly, and his loss was a blow to all Members of Staff who worked with him. 

The Funeral was attended by many dignitaries including the current Municipal Chief Executive of the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly, Hon. Micheal Danquah, The Accra Regional Minister, the Interior Minister, the Minister for Foreign Affairs amongst many other dignitaries.

MMDCEs from the various MMDAs within the Greater Accra Region were also in attendance.

A tribute was read on behalf of the Assembly by Mr. Francis Atta-Wood, Head of the Human Resource Department of the Assembly.
