The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly, Hon. Patrick Kumor, has commended Father Andrew Campbell, the Director of the Weija Leprosarium, for his selfless service to humanity.
The MCE said this on Monday, 28th February 2022, when Father Campbell called on him (MCE) in his office at the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly.
The Director was in the MCE's office to present a book he has authored to him.
Hon. Kumor (MCE) congratulated Father Campbell on his achievement.
Father Campbell, in a short speech, expressed his appreciation towards the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Weija-Gbawe Constituency, Hon. Tina Mensah, the MCE and the Municipal Assembly for all the assistance to the Leprosarium over the years.
The two discussed matters of interest to the Weija Leprosarium including the provision of street lights, reshaping of the road in the Leprosarium, among others.
Hon. Patrick Kumor (MCE), promised to address the issues raised.
