The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly, Hon Patrick Kwesi Brako Kumor, has led a delegation from the Municipal Assembly and well-wishers to present various items to the traditional authorities in the municipality.

The presentations, made on Wednesday, 7th August 2019, were made up of maxi bags of maize, gallons of palm-nut oil, assorted drinks and cash.

The items were presented to the traditional authorities to aid in the celebration of this year's Homowo festival of the Ga people.

Presenting the items at Gbawe, Weija and Wiaboman, the Municipal Chief Executive said he was very happy with the peace being enjoyed in the municipality.

He said this will help in the rapid development of the municipality.

Hon Patrick Kumor (MCE), enumerated developmental projects being undertaken and those that would soon take off.

The chiefs expressed satisfaction at the items presented and prayed for the Nation, the Municipality and the Municipal Chief Executive.
