MCE inaugurates Zonal Council.

The Municipal Chief Executive of the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly, Hon Patrick Kumor, today Wednesday 28th November 2018, inaugurated the Weija Zonal Council. With the MCE were the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mrs Mercy Quansah, the Municipal Finance Officer, Mrs Grace Ahlibi, the PM, Mr. Andrew Oppong Amoako, who represented the Member of Parliament, Hon Tina Gifty Naa Ayele Mensah and Assembly Members. 

Others were the Heads of Departments and Units of the Municipal Assembly and Unit Committee members. In a welcome address, Hon Patrick Kumor charged officers of the Zonal Council to strive to meet set targets. He said the ultimate aim is to rake in revenue. The MCE, then swore in the councillors. Mr Kwame Nimako Bamfo Asante was elected the chairman of the Zonal Council.
